Felicia Joy is a Communications executive, researcher, and author with more than fifteen years of experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite leaders. She spent seven years at Edelman as SVP and EVP, where her strategic Communications programs supported well over half a billion dollars in commerce. She is currently completing a PhD at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, holds a master’s degree in behavioral science from Harvard, and is the co-author of I Don’t Just Work Here (Matt Holt Books / Simon & Schuster, 2024).
